EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT VAPING IN A HEALTHCARE FACILITY
Workplaces subject to the vaping ban shall be premises receiving workstations situated or not in the buildings of the establishment, closed and covered, and used for collective use, with the exception of premises which welcome the public.
• An apparent signaling recalls the principle of the ban of vaping and, if necessary, its conditions of application in the enclosure of these places.
• Vagulation in places subject to a ban is punishable by the fine for contraventions of the 2e class.
• The fact, for the person in charge of the places where the prohibition applies, of not putting in place the obligatory signage, is punished by the fine provided for the contraventions of the 3rd class.
