Anne McNeill is a British scholar and tobacco policy expert. She is currently Professor of Tobacco Addiction at the National Center for Addiction at King's College London Institute of Psychiatry and Deputy Director of the UK Center for Tobacco Control Studies. She has dedicated her career to reducing the harmfulness of smoking to individuals and society and to working in prevention, cessation and harm reduction, especially how to reduce health inequalities caused by smoking.
