In New Zealand, smoking and vaping in cars will no longer be allowed. Indeed, a new law Law was adopted at third reading of the project amending the smoke-free environment, it was adopted unanimously.
A FINE OF $ 50 AND A REDIRECTION TO HELP SERVICES!
To protect children, the New Zealand government has just passed a law that fsmoking or vaping in a car with anyone under the age of 18 an offense. Police will have the discretion to impose fines of $ 50 on the spot or direct people to smoking (and vaping?) Cessation services.
The Minister of Health, Jenny Salesa, said his progress is making New Zealand the best place in the world for children. The law was passed after third reading of the bill to modify the smoke-free environment, which was adopted unanimously.
