According to his observations, using an electronic cigarette of 600 puffs would be equivalent to consuming between 48 and 50 traditional cigarettes.
This high level of exposure to nicotine and other substances can increase the risk of gum disease, dry mouth, cavities, early tooth loss and bad breath.
Another expert, Dr Gareth Nye, warns that this generation could face significant lung problems within ten years, despite the perception that vaping would be a safe alternative to smoking.

But planting in the minds of readers that this amounts to “consuming” around fifty cigarettes is an aberration!
