THE SALE OF VAPE PROHIBITED TO MINORS
In Switzerland, the canton of Jura will in turn ban the sale and delivery of electronic cigarettes to minors. Currently, their sale is authorized in the canton while that of products containing tobacco is prohibited.
This amendment to the health law was adopted on Wednesday without debate and unanimously in 2nd reading. The new article stipulates that not only the sale of these products to minors is illicit, but also their free distribution. This measure is part of the cantonal strategy set by the smoking prevention program.
